How do I book you for my wedding?
Simply fill in the event form here. If we are available on your selected date, we will contact you back with a rough estimate of how much your event may cost & a link to book a free face-to-face consultation.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you have secured your wedding date, venue & decided on your wedding colour palette, especially if flowers are a high priority to you.
Where is the consultation held?
Wherever you like! Whether it be your house or your favourite local cafe (by the way, we LOVE coffee!), consultations are a $25 fee which is redeemable off your wedding order, should you book our services. A link to book will be sent once your wedding date is confirmed with us.
Is my date secured after my consultation?
No. We do not hold dates until we have received non-refundable deposit of $100.
How do I pay?
Wedding deposits, order instalments & outstanding balances must be paid via direct deposit to our nominated bank account.
What is the client portal?
The client portal is for couples who have booked our services for their big day. It has all the links needed for help us make your day run as smoothly & efficiently as possible. The Client Portal link & passwords will be sent once you have paid your deposit.
Do you have a minimum spend?
We realise not all weddings are the same, therefore there is no minimum spend.
Do you offer payment plans?
Once you have confirmed your quote, your payments are broken into three (3) payments. Outstanding balances are due three (3) weeks prior to your event date. This is outlined in your contract agreement.
Express Flowers are paid via the website at the time of purchase.
Where do you get your flowers from?
We have numerous, amazing suppliers based around Melbourne who grow & sell their produce. We use only the best local blooms!
What if a flower isn't available?
We will do our best to try & get your selected flowers but sometimes Mother Nature has other ideas. We supply you with other alternatives if what you’re after is not available. One thing we have learnt is you need to be flexible. If you would like to do any foraging yourself for your wedding, you must deliver the flowers 2-3 days prior to your event, otherwise extra courier charges will apply.
What do you do with the flowers from my event?
Weddings that require bump out now have the option of adding a wrapping station. We come an hour before your event is ending & wrap your arrangements so guests can take them home. Otherwise, we kindly donate them to your nominated nursing home so others can enjoy them.
I’d love to preserve my bouquet, do you do this?
Unfortunately we do not preserve bouquets however, if you’re after something a little different, please check out:

Or if you’re more of the crafty bride, we suggest creating an everlasting wreath with your bouquet or try flower pressing & displaying your blooms in a glass frame. Check out Pinterest for inspiration!

What locations do you service?
We love a party, so we cater to all of metro & regional Melbourne. Please be aware that delivery & travel costs will be quoted in your estimate based on the location from Melbourne's west.
I’m not phased with what flowers you use, I just want something pretty.
We are more than happy to take creative control, design & select everything for you within the colour scheme you would like. If you are after bridal flowers & simple arrangements, we suggest looking at our Express Wedding Flowers range.
